Well, the girl is Cheerydoom; she doesn't do Let's Plays or anything but she does make little videos to celebrate Retsupurae's YouTube milestones and drawings for videos when the original submitter uses copyrighted material (which, ironically, only seems to get Retsupurae in trouble).

The other guy is Psychdelic Eyeball (PsychedelicSA). He makes fake Let's Plays to make fun of bad LPer's. And he's French Canadian, not Russian.
