@LondonIrishRover It´s from a world wide study, google images for "IQ Map" and you will get a world map with different colors showing IQ all around the world, the tests where designed to not be influenced by cultural differences or things like that, you can read for yourself if you just search for it.

@neuroleptika Looking at only the map, you are correct, however if you actually read the articules surrounding that IQ map, instead of just looking at the pictures, you would have found out that the IQ is lower in sub-saharan Africa due to the lack of educational facilities. You were saying that black people as a whole have lower IQ's, which is false, due to the fact that black people who are born and raised in the west, typically, have an average 'westerners IQ'. Stay in school.
