Yoko puts a hand on it the pole, jumps up in the air, twist his body, and slams himself. Very little weight is actually on the wrestler himself in this type of slam.

@richieisland it did look lke yoko was held briefly by luger it wasnt a straight up in the air and down again, when yoko was about shoulder height for luger he was held mid-air all be it very briefly but he did have him up there. still rey mysterio would slam him no prob....

@DougMcHead - a 12 year old girl can slam Yokozuna if Yoko sells it. Basically, it's Yoko slamming himself. It works like this. Take a pole, like a dancing pole. Yoko puts a hand on it the pole, jumps up in the air, twist his body, and slams himself. Very little weight is actually on the wrestler himself in this type of slam.

Watch from 5:17 - 5:20 and maybe you will see the strength Luger used to actually turn Yokozuna to drop him correctly on his back and not his side. Heck watch the slo-mo from 5:36 -5:40
