You really should wash the lettuce. I know the package says its triple washed, but they wash it with chlorine, and you need to wash that stuff off. Same with baby carrots. BTW you know there's no such thing as baby carrots? Those are just cut & shaped from big ole carrots & washed in a chemical too. Those also need to be washed well. Don't eat them straight from the bag. We use a spray bottle filled with a white vinegar & baking soda wash. We spray all our fruits and veggies with it b4 eating.
I just found you and I watch both your channels. I have tried to watch all your videos, but I have a question....You say in almost every video "Because I travel so much" , "I was traveling".. Where do you travel so much too? is it work related or all pleasure?
@alittletweak We grill a lot in the summer and eat different proteins most night anyway. I bought him a variety of meats and he had veggies and pasta as sides. That's what we usually eat for dinner in the summer anyway.
Loved the day in the life type video! All of your food looked amazing. I just started school and my energy is SO low. I really need to get on track with some exercise to boost myself up and eat some more nutrient rich food that is for sure. I am going to try the quinoa - I had purchased it before and it never got eaten, what a shame.
@bethsphat Sun salutations are from yoga. It is a sequence of poses you do in a flowing movement that incorporates your entire body. Google it for interesting descriptions, photos, and video how-tos.

I especially loved this style of filming; kind of "a day in the life.." It would be great on your OLJ channel as well. You're doing great on your program, food looks very healthy. You also get alot of cardio considering your walks with Winnie. I try to do something AM & PM to keep metabolism up. Seems to help me. Thanks for the video!!
