With the injection, you're not good in balance. Watch EHL, you see they move their body forwards, not sidewards;) And that hit isn't really technically good:S

the injection is wrong, the left feet don't go like that.

for the injection it wasnt accurate to the player at the top of the 16, to make it more accurate your meant to point your left foot towards the target.

i agree, it's extremely difficult to push in a certain direction when your foot is facing the opposite direction. he looks awkward about it too.

I prefer the way with my foot pointing for target too. Though there are several people prefering this.

Margietmiddel i agree with my coach has always said point with ur left foot when pushin out on a corner or just hitting the ball. I trap with both feet on the ground its so much easer. with the drag flik i just take a few steps n move my body in2 the right position n shoot. The hit was gud though.
