have u tried the nailgrowth yet...if you did, did it work and how do u apply it on do you repolish over old coat everyother day or polish after removing the old coat answer asap thnx :)

It won't do anything unless it is directly on bare nail

But you can do the nail growth polish first and layer a color polish over it.

I decided to not wear polish very often so that every 3 days i could take off the nail growth and apply a new coat.

I'm not sure abt growth rate improving but i did see improvement in nail condition. They were much stronger after about 2 months. but i noticed some changes in about 3 weeks. I like it! But i recommend getting it cheaper at walmart not riteaid.
