@ceedriver Sorry for the error. I will edit the description for that. I only thought Kolomna only built the prime movers though. I thought they build the motors and then Lugansk or VZOR built the rest of the engine. I'll correct the info. Thanks for the comment. :)
TEP70 locomotive is product of Kolomna (Russia).
