  • Full house, eh? All the cranks of Erris in one small room, and they don't even fill it. The vast majority of Erris are in favour of the refinary and pipeline, hence they don't bother going to these meetings.

  • @gospelgroupie we are all in favour of the refinery and the oil and gas there, the problem is its our oil and gas not theirs so get your head straight, the criminal way i was taken by shell must be stopped, too bad the irish government is such a bunch of criminals backed up by quangos like gsoc who protect, they would put stalinist russia to shame.all on 100 grand a year.the sooner the scum is removed then ireland can begin to say it is honest.

  • This video does not really get to the root of the matter. The smarmy Graham Doyle needs to be pushed on this point: "what ADVERSE powers does the Garda Ombudsman have in relation to the Garda Commissioner?" "Adverse" means powers against the Commissioner's will. Answer? None. The Garda Ombudsman is a powerless organisation which was created in 2005 to protect the Gardaí from accountability. The Garda Ombudsman is powerless, a sham, has no authority and is scorned by the Gardaí.

  • Well said! From the heart, honest, truthful and very uncomfortable for the corrupt bullyboys.

  • Well spoken, Winifred! For all the good, law-abiding folk who've been brutalised by Gardaí & IRMS ($Hell's 'security') in Mayo since the beginning of the ill-conceived Corrib Gas Project.
