I think people in Washington are so fascinated and absorbed by that environment and lifestyle that they become unable to see anything else. To those of us on the outside it's obviously a make-believe world. But to those inside of it, Washington DC and all of its personalities and power is ALL there is. Blinded by hubris. How many of those idiots can build a decent fire?

Buchanan's book talks about how Palestinians will out number Jews in Israel within 6 years, wish he would have hit on that issue & Israel's solution in the future.

Overall a good interview. I think Pat is in denial concerning the truth about 9/11, which many Americans are.
