It's an arcade game, you probably can't play this with a keyboard very well, but a 360 or PS3 controller? Probably. If they made it as difficult as a real grand prix car, not very many people would find it enjoyable, and in the end of the day it was made to sell, not to be realistic.

it's funny how some people think realism is about the graphics. i say the hell with graphics! I refuse to play a game with so much effort on the graphics and still the physics of mario kart. that's the marketing. main stream customers ask for breathtaking graphics and cool crashes and that's exactly what they get.

@lealowo i'm of the same opinion, it's a shame in this case because it's such an awesome game graphically speaking, personally I too prefer physics over graphics but this game takes you so close to the real thing, it's not real in terms of physics but its so much fun i am actually thinking of buying a new pc for it

@lealowo same here (although i value the actual gameplay,content,and complexity over everything else) but when you have played every game that is even remotely fun that you have ever heard of,you get so bored that you are forced to resort to playing games like a graphics whore until something actually decent comes out :/

Thanks, i downloaded this from the link in the description above. installed it and there is some green writing on the games intro screen to let you know the mod is running. however I am not yet familiar with all the default graphics etc so its hard for me to see whats been changed.

@leezaal read the text documents is helpful...hit shift f12 in game(every time possible) and the mod turns off and switches to default codemaster graphic
