Hi there, i'm working on a project that is very similar to yours, but in my project i have to recognize the car's plate number from a picture.
I'm trying to use tesseract too, but tesseract is unable to recognize the plate if i try to input the entire picture to it, so, to me, the solution seems to be filtering that image before try to use it as tessact's input.
Can you give me more information on how you did this and which softwares did you use besides tesseract?
@dalbani Are you so retarded that you can't read the description? Too bad - there's always the alternative of reading the clip title but you need to have an IQ higher than 25 for that as well. Better luck next life!
