My child won a competition to film a commercial about the five steps. The ad will be on TV in late December. He also got to see Laurie Lawrence and he gave everyone a free DVD.

I'm 30 and I can't swim :( My mum was terrified of pools and water so I never learned. I have signed up for an adult learn-to-swim. I'm excited.
