Obama needs to work on being more comfortable with talking about the issues. He sounds scripted instead of knowing. This is the same for Clinton. But I think in order for people to STOP viewing Obama as a inexperienced person, he needs to get more comfortable with doing speeches that talk about the issues. I love his Ideas, but he needs to present them better.
