  • Alright man thanks. If i buy it ill let you know and ill get some videos goin

  • Thanks alot man! I know that the jump manual is pricey, but do you think i will benefit more than just my jump like speed and explosivness?

  • @camnewtonMVP yes, improving your vertical jump will also improve your speed and explosiveness. i still play a lot of basketball and i'm definitely getting more steals, rebounds, and blocks. i'm also able to get to the basket more instead of just relying on my outside shot.

  • Nice video. Im 5"11and i will be a freshman this coming year. Ive always been able to jump high. I can grab rim with two hands but ive noticed that kids are starting to cath up to me. One small problem... Im very skinny. I weigh 140 pounds whic doesnt sound skinny but i store alot in my head. My legs r not very strong and i can leg press mabey 115. I was wondering would this wourkout especially benfit a person with weak legs that can already jump more than it would a stronger person who cant ju

  • @camnewtonMVP yes, i think jump manual would help you a ton. to jump higher you got to get stronger. sounds like you're already pretty "springy" if you can already grab rim with 2 hands. get stronger and that will make a huge difference for you.

  • 5'9 and I'm 16 almost 17 do you think this will also help me grow I wanna grow till 6'1/6'2 don't know if that's possible :(

  • @Dil1995 i'm confident jump manual will help you jump higher! i wish it would make you taller too...but unlikely! :-) however good nutrition and proper exercise will give your body the best chance at reaching it's maximum potential in height.

  • brother can u help me i need jump program but i cant find for free,?i rly want to dunk :)

  • @Bo94Om what are you currently doing to increase your vertical jump?

  • Nothing now :((

  • @Bo94Om there are tons of free videos on youtube that have vertical jump exercises. just do some searching and you will find some good stuff. for example, there is an entire series of workouts that are free posted on the jumpoutthegym channel

  • stop upload stupid clips i have 50cm STANDING vertical jump ... be SMART!

  • @valyo196 50 cm is 19 inch vertical. you should be really proud.

  • @myjumpmanual

yes, ofcourse! Look at your jump on the clip ...

  • @valyo196 you should make some dunk videos with your amazing 19 inch vertical! lol.

  • @valyo196 fuck you liar

  • Can you palm a ball?

  • @CherrieTree817 i have a wilson basketball that i can palm as its very grippy

  • @myjumpmanual i am 13 and im only about 5'6 when i reach up i can only touch about 7 feet when i jump on a 10 foot rim i can get all 5 fingers on the back board but barely. Is that igood and how high of a jump do u think that is as a estimate?

  • Hey I'm 15 and I'm about 6'4 my jump is only like 20 in. I have been doing the program for about 2 weeks. When I started it I could only dunk a girls ball and I can still only dunk a girls ball. Any advice?

  • Haha Nah man, It aint out yet :P It's coming out sometime this month :)

  • BoingVERT bro, It'll get you flying

  • @WestSideFreedom i'm interested in checking out BoingVert. have you done it?

  • Hey bro I'll let u in on a secret I'm 6'1 and can dunk but my vertical is really low u definitely seem. Taller thane and u also seem to have a bigger vert bit the secret to dunking is FORM!! practice on a 9-9 1/2 rim over and over to make it consistent I can't tell u how hard I worked 4-6 hours a day on dunking now it's second nature just work on your form

  • @TheRealHoops yep i'm working a lot on my technique right now. i'm doing Adam L's technique program and hoping it gives me 2-3 inches by improving my form. post some vids of your dunks!

  • My goal is to dunk at age 16. I tried air alert and was planning to do exactly what you're doing right now with jump manual (recording your progress by putting videos on youtube) but it wasn't for me. I did it for 13 weeks and barely saw progress. Also, do you think its safe for a 14 year old to be doing heavy squats like 80% rep to build leg muscles or should I wait till im older? Thanks! and good luck to you!

  • @dbzsaf have you done much squatting before? i think it's perfectly fine to do squats as long as your form is good. start with body squats first or just use the bar and get your form down. then start adding weight over time as your skill and strength improve.

  • @dbzsaf in jump manual it says you can do everything exactly like in jm from age 14, so ur good to go.

  • Yesss! Keep going! Hey I got a question. Is being 14 and being 5-7 inches away from touching the rim good? and also, what did u do about your technique. I think I have a pretty horrible one too ahah. And how do u warm up and get ready to make sure your vertical is at its max because sometimes my vertical is like 17 inches and other times its 24. Like right now my legs feel weak and on good days I can make my head touch my hallway ceiling but right now its like a good 5 inches away.

  • @dbzsaf i do a dynamic warm-up starting with a foam roller and then do skipping, karaoke, light jogging, walking lunges, jump rope, etc. i don't do any static stretching before i play or jump. only do static stretching as part of my cool down.

  • @myjumpmanual why not? static stretching will prevent injury and increase vert!

  • @bigfootbanger i do static stretching after my workouts but not in my warmup. for the warmup, i do dynamic stretching

  • @myjumpmanual oh ok as long as you're stretching before lol

  • Hey, I noticed TFB commented on your video and said you needed improvement on your technique. I would agree. Try out Freak Jump Technique by Adam Linkenauger and get your technique down and you will be throwing it down no problem.

  • @Howndogg1993 thanks man. i definitely want to improve my technique. anything to go higher!!!

  • Hey nice stuff, I have a question about hang cleans. I have made good gains (although my numbers are not that impressive lol you started squatting what I am now) however, I just cant get past about 125 lbs with hang cleans not because I dont have the leg strength but because my hands get torn apart and after about 2 it is too painful to hold the bar. Do you have any suggestions other than gloves?

  • @xiphonon i don't like wearing gloves either. one thing that helps me is pullups and chinups. i do them regularly and those definitely toughen up your hands. so you might give that a try...

  • hey bro just subscribed. i just decided to start the jump manual today and i got a good first workout in. i've dunked off one foot several times before, but i'm hoping to be dunking off two feet soon! I just have one question, what do you mean by the 12 week jump manual program? have you just been repeating days 1-14 with greater intensity?

  • @keithnat24 good luck man! thanks for subscribing!

i've always thought of the jump manual as a 12 week program. but not exactly sure where i got that? i assume it says that in the jump manual somewhere but would have to go and look. i do follow the day 1-14 schedule and repeat every 2 weeks.

  • nice man you nearly there!! how tall are you?

  • @NEBRON46 i'm 5'11"

  • some nice misses in there, soft make was legit too, keep improving but stop screwing up your diet/workouts lolol :D

    pc

  • @adarqui no kiddin! lol. i've been traveling this week and next week too...so not looking any easier for the next little bit. but, i will get back on the wagon (eventually!) :D

  • Great work man! Do you plan on doing the jump manual again after the 12 weeks?

  • @AceInHandz yes - but will take a little time off to let my body recover (also taking a much needed vacation). i'm getting some coaching from jacob (creator of jump manual) to see how i will take things to the next level. will probably do a modified version of the program. i think if you do the same workout for too long, you start to plateau. so you go to change things up and "trick" your body. how's your training going?

  • Technique my friend, You are there but need some technique... Good jumps though

  • @TeamFlightBrothers yes! please share any suggestions or advice you have on how to improve my technique. thanks man!
