@D1str1ct Its from they're first album also called "In the Skin". Though I think this album is out of print so you can't find it anywhere. Best thing you can do is downloading it just as I did.
I've listen alot to this guys lately, and I just don't give a flying fuck if they're emo or not. I do not think so, but i understand why people would think that. For me they're music is perfect, it can be pretty tiring listening to heavy all the time, but they mix it, and that my gents, is awesome.
36 Crazyfists rule. the eps like boss buckle and their tribute album to jd suffer tree are awesome. in this skin is good but i like the older stuff and their brand new stuff better
36 sounds nothing like Underoath, plus those are christian/real emo bands. 36 Crazyfists are from Alaska and they formed in the 90's way before the whole wave of emo/scene shit music started.
Dude, you need to broaden your view on music if you think 36 is emo. I'm from Alaska, I've been listening to them for a long time, I've seen them live on more then one occasion. They're not emo, they're metalcore, a fusion genre that mixes metal and hardcore punk. Labeling 36 Crazyfists as an emo band is a completely invalid argument.
As of this year 36 has been together for 15 years Before that they were Grin and Before that They Where BROKE Well Brock Tommy JD and Ryan Were Steve came in laters and Mick came in after JD Was Killed in 96

They started as a Nu Metal band, but on their most recent albums they have developed a more metalcore sound. So they're obviously not emo at all.
