This is a cheaper, smart alternative to people who either don't want buy a psp just to play emulators or don't want to go through the trouble of the whole downgrading, upgrading deal with the psp to be able to emulate the games that this system is naturally made to..This one is much smaller, lighter, and easily accessible. No need to convert audio or video files and the emulators are built in, FM player..etc.Plug in play...Not bad for around 80 bucks.

dingoo-digital's website provides firmware updates and other tools as well. I have one of these and, an update fixed the speed problem for my snes and gen emulation

I believe the super mario rpg uses a super FX chip. this chip was built into the game cartridge and can not be emulated yet. Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars is what is on the wiki list as containing the chip, just google "List_of_Super_NES_enhancement­_chips" for a list ones that i dont believe will run on it.
