What proof exactly is there for this so called "punishment in the grave" except the words of an insane Bedoin? Yep, nothing at all. Watch a Glimpse of Eternity by Ian McCormack to see what really happens when you die. I always wonder why muslims are so terrified of dying and this is why (except of course blowing yourself an then you apparently miss the grave "torment") and get your non-existent virgins (also the promise of an insane bedouin).
Umm... I don't think that was being contested. I think that he was just pointing out how ridiculous of a threat it is, not who's being threatened.
Is it the punishment for all nonbelievers? No matter what kind of life you lead, the angel shows up at your grave and hammers your head so hard that you'll have to unbutton your shirt to eat?
How about if you're cremated? Would that be a dodge?

I understand what you're saying, but when the very existence of Allah and the afterlife is what's at issue, making threats about what He's going to do to me after I die isn't going to work. You can't assume the truth of what's contested
Even if I did assume Islam to be true, I'd still rather be on the receiving end of the hammer, if the alternative was to accept that the angel sent by God was going around torturing people for all eternity. I don't believe anybody deserves that.

it does kind of sound rediculous, but it will happen, not to the actual body, but it will happen to the soul, the grave of the soul is unknow, wat that guy just said bour digging grave and actually seeing a scorpion is all bullshit, cause once ur dead, we believe that a soul comes out of the body and we will be on a different dimension, ppl cant sense us, but the animals will have the capabilty of sensing ppl screaming, another thing we believe that once we die, as a soul we become immortal
