YO "NIGGA'S" this shit aint good, Ive done this several times...its good on paper if you dont care about it bleeding through the page, but on metal or plastic, its buff-Able with water SON, even handsanitizer can rub that shit off "nigga". Just tellin yall People, when dis dries on a smooth surface, u gets a rough/ruff finish that you can rub ur finger on and get powder shit all over ur finger when it dries, it dun dry smooth like good inks do, and people, dont try rit powders!!!

water kinda works but not as well. and it probably wouldn't if you were trying to extract the ink from a pen cartridge. hence the stronger thinners/ astringents like lighter fluid and alcohol.

as far as the formulas go, after trying to do it a few times you should be able to figure it out yourself. i've used india and tattoo ink and even acrylic paint so far and all have worked just fine.

why are y'all pickin on the lil' kids? the lighter fluid and the nail polish remover all server the same purpose as rubbing alcohol or what ever else. i'm a highschool drop out and i can figure it out... come on guys. it's a thinner it allows the ink to pass more easily through your nip or pen tip or what ever. it carries the pigment to the surface and quickly evaporates leaving the pigment in it's place. you can make pen ink out of just about any pigment and any thinner.

for the ink its easier to go to chinatown or a chinese store near you and pick up some chinese caligraphy ink, cheap as your mother and works a charm. all you need to add to it is like for me i do 40% ink 40% alcohol 10% wd40 10%zippo lighter fluid.

Guys this recipie is shit. What you want to do is take ammonia, and put it in a bottle about a quarter to half way then put in a penny (this will give it a sweet ass gold look) then fill the rest with chlorox. Put a straw in the bottle and blow bubbles to make the ink. The reason to blow bubbles is to mix it properly. If you shake it, the ink will come out way too drippy.

Vegetable oil in an ink sounds dumb, especially considering that rit is mostly waterbased so I doubt that it would mix, it would leave a nasty looking mess with just a few spots of black. Brake fluid does nothing. I mean that it makes pressure, you juice the nib or squeeze the marker and it spits out like a hose. Just stay away from RIT.

I thought it was water based. The powder instructs you to use water, and it doesn't fully dissolve in 100% denatured alcohol.
