what I'm saying is that I still love the thunderbirds to watch and that it was one of the most entertaining series ever!!!

Having said that I did get the Thunferbirds Boxset DVD's for my 25th Birthday, & then went out & bought the DVD with Thunderbird 6 on.

If I'm not mistaken this used to be on BBC2 back in the 1990's on a Tuesday evening around 7pm.

I am 51 years old from California and I can still remember my sisters and I getting together early in the morning before going to high school just to watch this series. This was cannot miss television when I was a kid. Loved this series then and now. The SunProbe episode was my favorite. Chilling and suspenseful, even for a kid's program. British TV at its very best indeed! Thank you Gerry Anderson for creating a brilliant series and to Barry Gray for the magnificent music themes.

I liked the series when it first broadcast in CFAC in Calgary in mid-60s. It's too bad, that the technology of the Thunderbirds never became a reality. A lot of past disasters where people could be saved in the aftermath if the real Thunderbirds existed. Of course, it depends if the world politicians can accepted their altruistic motives and let them save people, instead preventing them to do their jobs out of misplaced paranoia.

Great song for the Thunderbirds. I have my Buick Riviera 71 and it looks exactly the same like Thunderbird #2. I watched this t.v. show in Spanish back in the late 60's and 70's.
