  • im aboout half these views lol

  • simply brilliant.

  • Who cares how you found this song? Being brought here by a movie is no different to being brought here by the advice of a friend. You didn't just instantly know of the song and decide to search for it.

  • Great songs last forever and will always be relevant,

protests and revolutions all around the world, Tahrir Sq, Wall St, The Jasmine revolutions, and etc. The Times, they are a-changing.

  • It shouldn't matter how you got here, but it matters that you keep coming back

    Thumbs up if you agree

  • How come no 1 ever says Bob Dylan sounds a lot like Dewey Cox. lol mailboxes drip like lamp posts in the twisted birth canal of the coliseum.

  • Fifty years later and it is still a testament for change.

  • great protest song thanks for sharing

  • Steve Jobs brought me here!

  • @holyvincent420

    steve jobs is a douchenburger

  • @ihavekankles At least he had a good taste for music. :)

  • Bob Dylan: one of the worst singers ever, but one of the best damn good songwriters ever.

  • @LinkinRocker2008 I don't understand why so many people say that, personally I think he is a great singer. The musky folk singer like voice that he brings to his songs are reminiscent of a old dying mans words of wisdom. Though I find more pleasure in the lyrics of songs rather than the sound so that could be one reason why his voice doesn't really bother me...

  • @MrSherp Well, I'm more the kind of person who likes the sound of an operatically-trained singer as opposed to a "musky folk singer voice". But hey, to each their own.

  • anybody know if bobs touring in the us anytime soon?

  • what is watchmen

  • The times they are a-changin' but people are staying the same

  • People who say that good musical taste has brought them here: can you get over yourselves for a second? So you knew about this song before a movie used it, well done, but I doubt that this knowledge spontaneously appeared into your brain without someone showing it to you. There was one point in your life when you didn't know the song and then you did, and just because it was sooner than a bunch of other people doesn't allow you to be a jerk about it. Fucking hipsters.

  • @Wizlyy Truth.

  • anchorman brought me here :)

  • knowledge of good music bought me here....

  • Bob Dylan brought me here.

  • This song fits occupy

  • i figured this was the right place to ask if watchmen was any good.

  • @MeLuvsYuuu1347 It's good in its own way. Some lame scenes, but if you're something of a fan you'll probably enjoy it.

  • finally not a damn cover...

  • fuck watchmen

  • i was watchn Vietnam in HD right now and this song came up along with a montage of protest footage... :-l

  • fucking google, fuck off with your ads you rich CUNTS

  • i was named after this guy and im so proud

  • shut up ows protesters that a retarded idea we no ur all living with ur parents

  • @cheeseytp answer: the world is yours. Do whatever you want with it. Mundane times are coupled with those who resist in incredible ways.

  • im going to smoke now

  • how could bob dylan predict what was gonna happen just like he says it?

  • @MadGuyX2319 Cause it's pretty obvious. Even Jim Morrison said that the Pop Culture of the Times is constantly changing. People always want to forget about the past and get in with the now. The simple fact is that it's only Human Nature to wanna adopt something new after a Current time has ended. In a few years the Pop and Rap scene of music will be replaced with something else. Time will repeat itself though, Unfortunately not in our Lifetimes.

  • Thumbs up if you love all of Bob Dylans songs, not just the ones in watchmen

  • @xXbillytalentboyXx i started looking up Bob Dylan songs after seeing watchmen

  • times have not changed, sorry bob

  • The time will always a-change but the good stuff will never pass

  • My reaction? Why cant I tick both classic and incredible? WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?

  • Me and my best mate got stoned to this beautiful song yesterday. We were lying ontop of an shed, just looking up and the sky. We saw some scary things in the clouds, things to do with the end of the world and a new world order and things that my mate spoke about in his conspiracy 6 months ago. This song linked everything together, you wont believe me but it did. And two teenagers were ontop of a shed...crying together.

  • I'm 14 and love this. But it doesn't matter because it is beautiful and relevant no matter your age....it doesn't matter because thumbs up are stupid to beg for. They're only special when random, man. Love ya, Bob... <3

  • @bluelipsredhands YAAAAAAY! 16, lovin' this music for years, I feel ya man!/girl!

  • My love for Bob Dylan is categorical :')

  • HELL YEAH :-D

  • Wow. Yes! This is it! Hit me right int he face bob.. Times are changing.. Always!

  • the lyrics of this song will always ring true, if its today, 40 years ago, or 50 years in the future

  • best song ever <3

  • JUSTE ENORME JE SURKIFFE

  • MAGIQUE !!!!!!!!!!

  • Look at the dislike bar,

    now your penis.

    See, no difference.

    stupid haters.

  • The Wonder Years tv show brought me here

  • watchmen brought me here.

  • @TheVrdlfe good music taste brought me here

  • @TheVrdlfe did my comment also bring you here? because they'r the same fucking thing

  • I went through so many covers to get to this, siriusly guize - label it "Bob Dylan Times are a-chaingin' cover". People'll just get pissy. Though there are some serious talented guys out there. :D

By the wayz, I'm 14 in a few days and this is among my favourite music. So don't go around hatin' on the generation below you just 'cause you can. And to the young 'uns my age - stop hatin' on the people in your generation. It's rude.

  • @cheeseytp Sounds like exactly what beat poets were saying about their times when they decided to change the world. That's a hint.

  • It's amazing how much hate there is out there especially over a song I wish that everyone could be like the few that could put a petty argument aside and enjoy timeless music....it seems like an insult to Bob Dylan himself

  • I'm 14 and I think age doesn't effing matter. This is good music, lets all enjoy it.

  • nothing better than to go to school with a guitar an harmonica where everyone else are ganster and just start playing some dylan songs lol

  • you've probably all seen this before, but it could not mean more for this, like if good music brought you here!

  • Thumbs up if watchmen brought you here

  • One of the best artists of all time. Yu wouldn't believe have many songs you know, were actually covers of Dylans..

  • Hell yeah ;-)

  • @lostgoneinthebin123,shows how much you and your family are in the fucking bin then does it not?

  • Keep posting this song, over and over and over and over

  • I cant remeber who did oh yeah Bush. The same person who ruined the economy...

  • I am 7 years old and I think I am the hugest fan of Bob Dylan because of the song Masters of War. P.S. I think Obama is a master of war.

  • @AlexStageName He didint start a war in Iraq and lie to the people....

  • Occupy.

  • damn im strictly hip hop but Iv got to say this dude gives new meaning to the word lyricist. 4 real

  • :-)

  • It's a shame that people believe music has an expiration date, this song has lasted for a long time and i still love it.

  • @Xxcc33xX Well said! Dylan is more a poet. He may not have the voice of a Daryl Hall or Tom Petty, but his messages are strong, and his music is timeless!

  • Why am I being advertised crappy katy perry on a classic bob dylan song?

  • @Papped1710 it prooves that dylan was right and the times are changing

  • @WillBaxterMusic god help us...

  • @WillBaxterMusic god help us all...

  • Comment removed

  • damn right they are changing WHITE POWER!!!! WE WILL BE BACK ON TOP!!!!

  • @14ALLiWANT76 woah dude wtf?

  • @ISpoonedAPanda It is all a cycle if you do not think we are at the bottom now compared to the 50's then your delusional we will have the 50's back weve struggled enough for their equality RAHOWA

  • @14ALLiWANT76 So what are you saying exactly?

  • @micmaclovesmusic "RAHOWA" stands for "Racial Holy War". Disgusting, racist BS.

  • @AdAstraify Im sorry, im just confused. Are you saying you're for or against equality?

  • @micmaclovesmusic I'm for equality. Hence why I said that the ideas this pig is spouting are bull. Just explaining the acronym.

  • @AdAstraify ooooohhhhh sorry! i got ur username mixed up! lol but yeah this dudes a frakkin jerk. seriously, that time has passed, and its time we all learned how to be more accepting and treat everyone equal.

  • 240p we meet again

  • Occupy the Fed.

  • the Wanderers --movie--

  • @pvvnummer1 lol it hought i was the only one who has ever seen that movie and the song playing towards the end

  • @EclipseStrife Im not proud to say i had to just look that up on google ;)

  • I hate all those people trashing on rap and hip hop, while there are bad rap and hip hop songs there are also bad rock songs, people need to accept that different music is coming and don't get me wrong I love rock and roll but there are also some rap and hip hop songs I love such as Dear Mama by Tupac, and I think that's one of many things this song can be compared to.

  • @FunAssFunProductions

i agree, but this is bob dylan, no one says what he does

  • @rja4937 Never said anything on what he does, Im saying the message I got from his song.

  • Comment removed

  • @DWWforlife Im 13 and I luv this type of music and even older music than this to ;)

  • @RainbowRawrrz I smell an up and coming hipster

  • @EclipseStrife

dont tease to much, we may, just may have more youths with a brain

  • @EclipseStrife

    I hate goddam hipsters.

  • @pervysage35 then get your shit together

  • @EclipseStrife nah... if he was a hipster he'd be saying "i'm 13 and i've loved this guy before he was famous... now he sucks"

  • @RainbowRawrrz No one cares how old you are!

  • @RainbowRawrrz My brother's 12 and likes this music and nobody gives a flying fuck?

  • @RainbowRawrrz You must be very proud

  • @RainbowRawrrz

    like wise mate ;)

  • @RainbowRawrrz same

  • @RainbowRawrrz Every top rated comment: "look at me im 12 years old and i like this old music am i cool and mature? give me thumbs up!!!".

  • so much peace and love in this song

  • i love bob dylan his a legend and in icon ily <33 bob

  • Uuyuiuh

  • This song applies very well to climate change deniers. Fantastic

  • @Scintillations314

Minor inaccuracy there, there are almost none who deny the changing of the climate, the climate has always changed throughout history. I think what you meant to say is people who see little proof in the so called human caused "global warming" of the Earth.

  • omg i thikn im the only 15 year old who loves this song, like i have raped the repete button :D

  • @DWWforlife I'm sure there are many more. But good for you, you have excellent taste in music.

By the way, that button is a total slut. You didn't rape her, she was more than willing.

  • @Pigganon LOL you are perhaps one of the 5% of people on the internet that arn't a total a**hole :D and i thank you for that and you also have good taste in music or else you would not have seen my comment ;)

  • @DWWforlife Can i just ask, what dose u being 15 have to do with anything? It was abit pointless putting that before yr comment!

  • @DWWforlife And apparently the english language, you don't know how to spell repeat? Really bitch? Really?

  • @tjwow123 Did you ever take into consider that i was just typing quickly because i was in a hurry? Bitch really.

  • 0:00 <-- free enlightening button

  • bob's song are awaly from the heart that's what make them so awesome.

    To bad he can't enunciate

  • This song makes me want to do great things with my life.

  • This is now the official theme song of Occupy Wall Street.

  • is it weird that im crying

  • @gDisk13 yes, faggot

  • @Tedaus5 cool party bro tell it at a story.

  • linda...profunda.

  • 'Come senataors, congressmen...Please heed the call. Don't stand in the doorway......Don't block up the hall'

'Come mothers and fathers throughout the land....And don't criticize what you can't understand...Your sons and daughters are beyond your command.'

These lines were true 50 years back and they will be true 50 years from now too. That's the genius of Bob Dylan..

  • i think music is for everyone u dont need to be a fan to appreciate dylan wonderful musics. (sorry for the bad english)

  • Watch zit gist the movies if u like this song and think we need a change

  • @Sirbaked23 did u mean to say zeitgeist? if u were, forget about making a change, the elite will win.

  • I dont care how I found this. It is a good song!

  • Change happens everyday. There is NO STOPPING IT, SO DON'T TRY TO STOP IT!

  • Fucking Amazing.....Change is coming....like it or NOT.....

  • Watchmen <3

  • what a fucking tune

  • @BmoreSavage111 I know this sounds kinda stupid but I read your little argument thingy with the donut guy and if you want my opinion he's in the wrong, you were just complimenting the song and then he acted like a pompous twat, just saying so you know your not the only guy who thinks it. :D

  • @iamGridLoC you are a complete retard.

  • This songs on a film, I think it might be watchmen, but I'm not to sure. Awesome song though

  • I'm gonna see him live on Thursday :D

  • Every era has a song. I think this ear, in witch we are currently in should have this as it's song.

  • Sweetness

  • Occupy Wall Street

  • @SkatoholicVideo Exactly. :)

  • @SkatoholicVideo

    Occupy a job.

  • @123ggn @123ggn easier said than done asshole. Find me a job and i'll occupy the shit out of it

  • @william9545

Maybe your immature and churlish behavior is what's making it so hard for you. And don't even dare using your stupidity as an excuse for not having a job, I simply will not buy into it.

  • @123ggn I'm not immature in the slightest actually. I've been on my own most of my life and i'm in college now. I hate living off the government and I really want a job. I apply everywhere but people just aren't hiring

  • @william9545

You don't find calling someone an "asshole" because he said occupy a job immature?

  • @123ggn No i don't if he was being an asshole. He obviously isn't going through a hard time like everyone else in this country. For the last two years my life has been a constant hell parade and he is a big enough of a dick to say "occupy a job" like its an easy fucking thing to do.

  • @william9545

I know, it's so hard right. I can't believe how difficult it is to find a job. Maybe I'm just not saying dick and fuck enough to get a job. Only all the people I know managed to get the job, that's just how very hard it is. If you think your life is hell, while you apparently have internet access and enough spare time to be on youtube, you don't know what hell is. There are people who would kill for a chance at your hell.

  • @123ggn I make $50 a week I shit you not. I'm stuck living with my aunt and I get bitched at every day for it. I make enough money for my phone bill and my gas bill. I speak my mind and if swearing bothers you then get the fuck over it. If it wasn't for my family I'd be living in the streets. The only reason I'm on youtube is because i have a bit of time in between classes. You are judging my life and you have no fucking idea.

  • @william9545

So far you haven't said anything that makes me believe you don't deserve this. If only your family taught you respect you wouldn't be in this mess. Don't blame it on the bourgeoisie when even your panegyrists will admit you brought this over yourself. If after all you've said you still find this inscrutable then don't bother commenting. It's people like you who have a debilitating effect on the society.

  • @123ggn I'm a good person. I did nothing bad but be born into a poor family. I live with my aunt because she is closer to my school, if i didn't i wouldn't make it to school and work. I'm 18 years old and i've been in college since I was 16, I've been trying very hard my entire life to make something of myself but there is nobody hiring. I never had the luxury of being a child.

  • @william9545

Where do you live that nobody is hiring? Surely there's a McDonald's nearby.

  • @123ggn i live in a rural part of kentucky in the united states. the single mcdonalds in my town has 98 employees right now. I'd be getting less hours there than i'm getting now. I don't make enough money to move out of this hellhole

  • @william9545 same story over here in the uk man things need to change! i think they will when the euro crashes followed by all money in the next 10 years peace and love

  • @cafc1996 or the more logical outcome, war and strife

  • @cafc1996 I honestly don't think things are going to change for the better. The only thing that has brought the world out of a recession like this in the past were world wars, and thats not better.

  • @123ggn There's nothing immature about calling an asshole an asshole, I'd say its quite logical.

  • @thesirenrayne

The person is not an actual asshole, honey. Maybe if an actual asshole managed to comment on youtube your comment makes more sense, darling.

  • @123ggn The person? I meant you silly, unless you like referring to yourself as someone else then have at it asshole.

  • @thesirenrayne

First of all, honey. You have nothing to do with this conversation. I'm not an asshole, an asshole does not have hands to type with, does not have eyes to see with. So, I don't think you're the brightest of sparrows when you think it's "quite logical". You don't need to make yourself look stupid, physiognomy has done enough work for you, darling.

  • Comment removed

  • @SkatoholicVideo Occupy wall street? Occupy the WORLD!

  • Nearly all the comments are people bickering, yet there are only 18 dislikes.

Can't you all just agree that this is a good tune instead of trying to change peoples opinions via youtube comments?
