Yes, thank you... my own account was hacked, and the hacker posted listings for somewhere around 30 designer handbags.... and eBay is treating ME as if **I** am the criminal.. and they are ignoring my pleas to help fix the problem altogther. All they want to do is send me generic automatic responses to my communications with them. It is EXTREMELY frustrating!!!

Sorry 2 hear that happened 2 you. Maybe it is time for folks 2 take their complaints where they will be heard. The media & States' Atty Generals come 2 mind.
At least you will have peace of mind which ebaY clearly cannot/will not provide
