@Quagtom2 in AJL, only leader class can use motion tracker and on Russian Bears #6 amount of marine leaders is limited to force people to team up around one

As far as I know, there is no skirmish in ajl. Original avp2 had few fan maps with scripted alien spawn, though they don't work in ajl

It's an AJL R2 mod, it's not related with saviour mod at the moment (AJL, probably, "predicted" that problem). Though servers are not listed in the savior mod, AJL is working on it (check lithfaq forums)

AJL is using own server list, afaik

No, they are not. If you'll install the mod you can connect freely, but servers are located in Moscow, so don't expect a good connection from Eastern Europe or USA. There should be other servers too, if you'll have problems with those two

#1 is with some weapons banned and classlimits, #2 is with almost every weapon avaliable. They are located in Moscow

Rommie's mod is a server mod (anti-cheat, weapon ban system, etc.). You don't need it to be installed.

Savior mod is a common part both for client (you install it to play online) and server (Rommie includes code of savior mod in her mod).

If you get new netcode on your side and admin will do so for server, you will be able to play with new netcode. If admin won't, it still will be laggy for remote players. Rommie is not "the one", some servers use lithfaq's mod, it will be updated faster.

Well, it's Russian Bears #9. Though, avp2's netcode is pretty laggy so Russian community is, kinda, isolated :)

Anyway, you can check lithfaq website, large amount of people still playing online

Did u heard that lithfaq is preparing an unoffical update that will fix the netcode? There will be no ghost shots and teleporting, and the animation will be smoothly ;) Do you still play AJL?

Rommie's mod is server-side only and it uses savior mod code to work online. You don't need it to be installed, just if you'll play on older server mod (like, yet, Rommie's) with new savior mod on your side, it will still work on old netcode.
