hey lssn i have i3 intel core 2.93ghz, gts 450, 2 gb ram, resolution is 1600 x 900 but it lags horribly... i get a fps below 10 sumtimes its 1 ); i cant play at all

Idk Know what and how i can say WTF!? i got Good Computer and i was played GTA IV on max setting and when its the windows gets fucked i had to fix it so i give to someone and i pay him for that he installed new windows and when i installed GTA IV thats works right now with laggs it was Win7 Ultimate 32 bit and he changed to Win7 Ultimate 64Bit i think he dont put me the orginal windows or someting PC IntelCore 3 CPU 3.06 3.07 RAM 2.5 GB Video card Invidia GeForce GTS 450 and the rating is 5.5

@pcgamesliker With a Core i7 it shouldn't lag, something must be wrong within the Operating system. Try downloading the latest Graphics drivers and patching the game to the fullest; also what is your current monitor resolution? It's very important that you do not exceed the 1600x1200 with a GTS450.

@ComedyFilms100 Then you should do fine with those specs, try turning the shadows to very high/medium, also lower the bar the view distance till the game stops lagging, VSync should also be off.

@crazeguy26 You shouldn't be getting that performance, did you update to the latest drivers and shut down interfering programs whilst playing? You should also consider defragmenting your hard disk for full performance.

@MrWoozy666 You should definetely get a better CPU. To play this game on highest settings you should get a quad core with at least 2.1 Ghz each core. Also get faster ram and 4 Gb depending on your operating system.

I have the same except 4 gb ram and it runs all settings completely maxed at around 20-30 fps. I turn the resolution and shadows down and it gets 60+ fps.
