Nah, lemmings (the real ones) don't have an actual leader. And that video where they all run off the cliff was accidental. The people video taping it had left their vehicle running, and it scared the bunch of em to run off the cliff...they're not suicidal, but they're not too bright either :P

Lemmings migrate in the winter but when they get to the cliffs the ones in front stop but get pushed off by the ones in back so eventaully almost all fall in the water then they try to swim for a few days or hours, and eventually drown.
