  • hi, quick question:

do you know how to import high frame rate clips (60 fps) to MMM 14 pro plus without the program speeding up the clip?

    Thank's!

  • i was tryna save an HD like i go to quicktime then 720x480 25fr and i go to config i choose high... but i got too big memory file.. what should i do to make an my video Hd and not too big file to save or render?

  • When you fix the settings like this will the entire video be in hd?

  • @therkelmyster101 Yes as long as your settings are 720p or 1080i you wil be in HD.

  • @FunJester i thought youtube didnt except 1080i HD, wasnt it only 1080p HD?

  • @FunJester i thought the only settings of HD on youtube was 1080p and 720p HD, not 1080i?

  • @Cheezwizhi9 Movie Edit Pro only has 1080i settings and thats what I use. I guess it converts it upon uploading..

  • thank you very much :)

  • how do you reduce the export time? it's always like an hour or so for me

  • @EradicationStation It could be 1 of 2 things, Your file/frame size is large or your computer is slow..

Some of mine take upto 20-40 min..

  • i have 15 what do i do

  • @smilehunnyx3 Pretty much the same thing. I just use the highest settings 1080i NTSC 16:9 (1920x1080; 29.97fps)

    Hope this helps..

  • Ok, thanks

  • @smilehunnyx3 I put a new video up for Movie edit 15..

    Hope it helps you out...

  • Thanks

  • Thanks man i've been using movie maker to upload HD and i have movie edit pro 15 full version but don't know the setting for HD this video helps alot thanks : )

  • quality looks way better than sony vegas 9, and theere seems to be no problem with it nice!

  • how much mb is your average vid?

  • They are anywhere from 80MB up to 355MB..

    Thanks for watching...

  • do have the product key

  • thank you, VERY MUCH. i couyldnt seem tofigure out how to do this befor. your video helped.

  • How do you make video's in HQ settings?

  • I posted a response to this video. If the video is up there, it will show you how to truly use the HD feature in Magix.

  • u cant change the bit rate

  • What screen Recorder did you use? its amazing quality

  • NEED HELP! after i upload it, the widescreen does work but for some reason the sound slowly gets out of sync. Is there any way to fix this or is there something I did wrong?

  • Are you uploading it right from the program? If so that might be the issue. For what ever reason HD or even HQ doesnt work when you upload from the program.. Hope this helps.

  • fisrt i exported it to my desktom using your instructions and then I uploaded it to you tube...maybe my computer is just slow?

  • Make sure the audio codec and the video codec are compatable. For instance, if you're rendering your video using MP4 codec container don't try to use mp3 audio...stick with AAC codec.

  • Mine still isn't going in HD i followed all of your steps... Could you help?

  • Are you uploading to youtube from Movie Edit Pro 14?

At 1:10 there is important info for getting HD. Are you setting them?

  • Yes im Uploading from Magix.

  • That could be the issue there. For some reason No matter what your settings are when you upload it from MEP14 to youtube the quality is really bad. So I would save it to your computer then upload it and you should be fine then.

Hope this all helps you out.

  • Thanks ALOT! How do I save it to my computer?

  • Just follow the video starting from :58 sec.

(File-Export Movie-Then choose your file type. I use windows media export)

    And thats it your done.

    :)

  • Worst comes to worst i just bought the $5 mpeg4 upgrade, under HELP, then activate additional functions, then activate mpeg4

After buying that - File, Export movie, Video as MPEG4, All the same setting which is display on this video at 1:10, click Advanced, select AVCHD, Advanced video settings, main settings at top, make sure in the generic box the AVC preset is set to HD 1280x720p, video format auto.

Also for me it took a good 5-10 mins before the watch in HD option came up.

    GOOD LUCK

  • @videoeditinghelp1 i have movie edit pro 15 and bought the mpeg4 upgrade but I don't get the 1280x720p option. It only goes as high as 720 x 576 in the resolution presets on the first page. I can make all the other changes you listed in the Advanced settings (except mine says AVC H.264 not AVCHD) but the Resolutions drop down still shows only up to 720x576

  • thank you so much dude i really needed this

  • thanks man :)

  • K,.. I'm having issues with sound and visual. Its out of sync,.. (after I Encode my video too AVI). Does anyone know how too synce video on this MAGIX Pro 14?

  • When you open your AVI file in Movie Edit, unlink them, then you can adjust the sound clip to match up with the video. If you zoom in on the clips it makes it a little easier to adjust the clips in small steps..

    Hope this helps

  • I have done that before,.. Still out of synce. But thanks for your reply.

  • It could be a codec on your system too. I have had issues with avi file formats. sometimes it would export them with no audio or no video.. If you can convert them before you use them in MEP14 it will help you out in the future. And I know Magix online help forum it worthless..

When you say "Encode my video" do you mean you are converting them before you open them up in MEP14?

  • lol thx so much im just saving vid now have a look once uploaded thx :)
