@lenno: It is a random glitched nrg, no method for finding it.
I filmed my ps2 by hooking the ps2 into a vcr, plugged a miniDV camcorder into the vcr and recorded. And the vcr had a TV hook up so i didn't have to stunt while looking into a half inch viewfinder ;)
i already find a glitched nrg too. but i cant find it cause its a glitched. but the easiest way to get it is to beat the firetruck beat already.beat it again. after u beat it u should do this in AP(angel pine).after u beat it go find a place where nrg parks in sf and "you were right" it random, but im the 5th that finds the glitched nrg-500 . =D

not all jumps have the unique cam and it only triggers at certain vectors...On PC mods turn it off.

I'd just like to say this again to anyone else who asks this question.
The glitch nrg is "half visually loaded" and different by appearance only. It is a random glitch and happens by luck at any normal nrg spawn points.
