The insuance co's and their paid help, Republicans have always protected the insurance companies, by using the same tactics " calling it "gov't takeover", and it has always worked. If America blows it's chances of reform again, the nation should hang it's collective in shame.

Funny how this public option won't be implemented until 2013. If the democrats want to help the people so much, they should make sure it is put into effect within at least two years won't they? No, they have to wait until after the 2012 election so they avoid retribution from this plan harming Obama's reelection bid. If Obama is so responsible , he should make sure the bill is put into effect, so he is held responsible by the outcome of this legislation, which will be bad, and they know it.
