I actually like Zsasz with beard. Also, the reason he has no scars on his body is because it's the beginning of his criminal career. So he still has plenty of time to kill plenty of people to make plenty of marks.

@SnowConeHospitalers If you saw closely during the scene in which Zasz and the other inmates walk out of Arkham, you can see markings in the back of Zasz's neck. He's already the psychopath

He's not putting no supernatural things in here, like a Man-Bat or Killer Croc. Also, almost all the actors in Nolan's Batman films decided themselves how they wanted their characters to look. Plus Cillian Murphy said that he wanted to make Scarecrow less theatrical.
