There are pros and cons to every method, but i dont think a mound of paper work is the solution. First pick one right you think you are being denied and then try to exercise it, this will lead you to the answers faster than the latter, but you will still need to know how to stand in court from a common law perspective from the get go. The redemption process is well practiced and versed by the moors and has been for years, they will have a better understanding. Government workers will not help.

It seems to work on the face of it, a notice of intent and claim of right is basically an affidavit of truth, which I believe if undisputed point by point stands as truth in the court. But one has to be sure that every point is true and supports the other points. Even then it is possible that a judge might railroad anyone who enters the court. I believe that the "en legis personam" is property of the corporate state. Why claim the "person"? It's a liability as I can see but I am still learning.

In my opinion you are correct, the whole thing is a trap, you can't lay claim by using redemption or UCC-1 liens, because why would you do that? Why would anyone want to force themselves back into a trap? It took me a while to see this trap, but I am very glad I did. I would not be surprised if gov agents pushed this type of activity, or certain groups pushing it to keep the disinfo going. Also, Freedom Club USA is a huge scam, stay away from it!

if going to courts is a way to practice freedoms that is a big problem for close to a billion people in my country who cant speak english and expalins their poverty..

why should legalese be a criteria for people who are forced to be subjects of statutes and codes written up by tranny thugs of the law society..
english isnt there language and neither is legalese..and they are the principal creditors to the govt anyway..who do u think funds the govt..and now they are asked to understand billions of statutes and codes..in a foreign language

@kdcruz75 I would agree because there are people winning cases by asking for the verified contract which shows full consideration (what did the bank put up) in order to create the loan, which they cannot show because the money is created out of credit, thin air, they are not allowed to loan out depositors money and they had nothing until the debtor signed for it. One who takes out a loan is expanding the "money supply".

how is the FED issuing credit off our signature...is it because we on the note agreed to use our strawman as surety for the debt..this releases the lien for the FED and they can release credit. just like the governent receeivng credit.

@kdcruz75 that sounds like the scheme they came up with, it has to do with the fact that our country was bankrupt (several times?) in the past, and the whole debt/credit system was created in order to allow the country(ies) to continue operating, but with more control given up to the bankers, the schemes all lead to them raking in the power and control year after year

there was no other option for the govt who are made up of elites..they have to protect their status and cashflow..so they clandestinely pledged the labour of people as collateral ..
in the next bankruptcy they will create a new man ..who uses less energy and takes the biochip and will be made more efficient slave for them..hence all the subliminal transhumanist programming in movies and tele..

I think the chaos is going to be instigated by them, but the majority of chaos will be natural events that they know are coming. Nasa has been doing too much infrared research. u could cash a cheque and ask them the same questions..and ask them how much the negotiable instrumentn is worth..
look at any of ur bills ..does it ask for u to pay in dollars..ask the cfo .or cheif accountant ..how can i pay in dollars when there are no dollars in circlation

i didnt ask u to practice it..especially if u dont understand it...and not in court with a hefty fine as charge. u are holding court when u go to a bank. u have every right to ask them questions about what u sign
i might try it myself ..but before i get ot court i would like these agents to admit i am the primary creditor with the people..full faith and credit has to mean something ...
i've arrangedd to see a central bank ombudsman to clarify this.

I'd seriously like to know what is the real deal with all this redemption stuff. My main interest is just the truth of the Government. The change from De Jure/Common Law to the Admiralty/Corporate De Facto Government. I've been following your videos on the court processes. I returned a citation with "Offer to Contract Rejected", The City Attorney entered a plea "On my Behalf" despite my protest and denial of consent. Now I have to go to court to deny jurisdiction. The pirates must be stopped.

@Tactikalguy1 I'm studying the whole process, I get the whole legal fiction person, created for commercial purposes, and the court as a commercial court, and statutory/contracts. I also get that I am not the legal person, and claiming my right to travel. I study the statutes feverishly. I have yet to find a single one that relates to "private" activity, it's all commerce. I am traveling, not driving, which is an occupation. But how to assert that in court is the question.

the enrgy transfer of the system to build assets , service satc..happens in th real world...
and the payment system happens by evidening the liability creted ...the debit cannot be balanced with aset money in the fiction world ..it has to be through fiction of money...not dollars but promise to pay dollars and other negotiabl einstruments backed by credit...
a4v process is the process of creating a negotiable instrument backed by our credit ...which is the primary credit backing government debt

a plate with the keys to a ferrari stuck on the bottom of it...and handed to us when we are a baby...( the key is our ability to create creedit with our signature)
when we grow up ..the government sees we are not driving the ferrari as creditors ..so they take the keys for safekeeping and to use it..
(ie collateralise our property)

1. i cashed a cheque ..as i handed it in the lady across the counter tells me its a negotiable instrument..i asked her is it worth money to you then ...she legged it to the managers office...bascally i gave her money so that i could take money out of my account..!!!

2. i asked a cfo ..where in the bill has he asked me to pay in rupees the amount i owe him.. the bill has only a number on it...i asked hm is that number a debti on his account. so it evidences a debt....he agreed ...so will u accept a debt instrument to PAY a debt on ur books ..he said NO ..i showed him a ruppee note which says it is a promisory note
he then agreed that i am not paying in ruppes but discharging the liability.
he accepted that negotiable instruments will do the trick

all assets have been taken out of the payment system..the proof is the writing on the dollar note..
as there are no assets there can be no loans made...only evidence of debt can act as color of money now..numbers on the ledger being ballanced)
evidence of debt is backed by credit rating ...who has the most powerful credit rating ...the people..
the constitutors know this (google legal definiton)
thats why they shift the debt onto us ..becuase we are the primary creditor

i think 90% of the commercial remedy process is infiltrated...but it is infiltrated because someone somewhere is getting close to the truth and remedy
my understanding is that the fiction world is created only for the payment system...
only real men/women can evidence debt (ie. sign debt into existence)
we do it with cheques, extension of public credit ( we call them loans) by the bank through negotiable instruments (ie . the promissory note)

the payment system works perfectly but doesnt work for us at the mo ..becuase we create credit and stand surety for it at the same time...
there was a onesided contract created at birth ...and we posssess the receipt for it
the birth certificate.
the government created that so as to run its business for us..because we are not gonna build roads, bridges etc...because we delagated that job to the government
