Sid Mallya could have given this message in any public channel to convey his message to entire public..rather than to highly intellectuals from prestigious institutions like IIMs.....which is confined to only business community..only who has already done signficant contribution by entering in to such institutions. When they come out with flying colours some may definitely stand as an exceptional leaders to shape the society towards betterment............

I think he very well deserves to be where he is. He is very educated guy who completed his BSC in business management with "Honors" in queens university. University's here in UK are really a big thing and he's an honors student on top of it. and he worked at diageo as a an assistant brand manager on his own in England.
