To people that really wonna know music <3 look up Jason Perno on google or just listen to some cover-numbers here on youtube. Hope you guys like it, music is hes life and music is ours <3 Peace
@minidazzler yea i know mate,it say's it at the start of the tune, maybe it was a brit pretending to be american who thumbed it down ! they clearly have no taste, unlike us lot !!!!! he he
thanks frank this proves that America does have culture..but it might not be the best we do have it...by the way we all don't think like the people who lead use..so don't hate us when we come over there to visit across the pond
Don't worry we wont hate you for being american. ;) I admit i'm biased towards 'ye average american' though.
Comes from living in the country of beer and most of the ones I see are embarassingly drunk and being assholes.
Anywho, the Us has alot of different cultures. There is no such thing as a country that big with one culture. Hell, I live in belgium and we have 3 distinct large ones.
oh, right its just i thought he meant act like americans, but if he means sing with an american accent then thats fair enough, although with so many of british peoples influences being american it can be difficult for some.
Saw Frank last night supporting the Levellers in Birmingham. He was great and this was one of my favourites from his set. Will buy some of his albums online asap.
i just cant beleive frank is still not in the mainstream?? what the fuck has the music business come too - it seems that money can now get u into the top 40 instead of talent!!! GO FRANK
He certainly deserves it, but i think cause his songs are so straight to the point, those mainstream idiots will just reject him and he'll go down in a shower of censorship.
Thankfully, I hear him on Radio one quite regularly, fantastic live, fantastic song. His album doesn't put a foot wrong either.
I think "hippie burner" is because he often takes the piss out of hippies. I remember at beautiful days he came on stage and said, "Wow, I was really worried this was going to be a hippie festival, I'm so glad it's not" or something along those lines.
Don't forget one thing from history. Americans are just some hopeless European peasants.

Maybe i am just lucky.

I've heard plenty of musicians who try to make their music sound American, it sound like this song is mainly about them.
