  • this is nice

  • Paindoos se Bhari Gari.

  • bahria town will flourish.its a good oppertunity for investments for ppl who cant afford even a smallest house in islamabad.

  • is thr any official website for it ?

  • Thank you very much dear for your appreciation! its so nice of your, i strongly agree with your point of view!

  • @listein : i'm 100%ly agree with you ....gated communities divide ppl in classes but blv me not even in Europe or US all the ppl are livin' in luxury ...yeah the basic human rights should be given equally but the residential well being depends upon the government and it's ppl's economy .. it's just the beggining and we can hope for the betterment in future...:)) :)) compliments and Good luck to uploader ^_^

  • every city of Pakistan is divided into new and old and also there are towns for elite or upper middle class and there are areas for the rest to live , the gap should be minimize and there should be development for general masses , still the private towns are doing great in providing high class living and bahria town is the pioneer and leader in housing , i also like hayatabad in peshawar , model town in lahore , lahore defense , karachi clifton and defense , and Islamabad is a good ideal

  • These gated communities piss me off there are people dieing on the streets of starvation, people who can't even get a decent meal or have to go days without food.

They need to expand this development rapidly so this standard of living exists in every part of the country and not just in some gated community.

Oh and on last thing, it should be up to the government to look after the population not private firms.

  • You are right what you wrote about all bahria town and gated communities, i also beleive that its government responsibility to develop the country and development should be for every one not for certain communities!

Infact that video was just for sharing purpose and it wasn't meant to differentiate or any offence purpose.

I hope whole pakistan will rise and will improve inshallah!

  • I can feel the pain of poors peoples and their sufferings are are understanble for each and every one!

    MayPakistan Life long!!

  • @itsmoeen You’re right I think such houses are for Elite/upper class families . The Pak government needs to establish schemes so such houses can become affordable to middle class families. THEN I can say PAK is developing.

  • @listein well the gov has failed u moron!! now there is a demand for places like this and people are coming and building them like bahira and defence!! its called free MARKET!! thats how people make money if every thing is to be controlled by the gov then it will be communism, gov has no right in any business

  • Moron, me ? I think not, clearly in this instance you are the moron because you type without looking at the facts, for example in the UK and in the rest of Western Europe the government plays a key role in medical care, education and housing. Resulting in an almost unparalleled standard of living, increased life expectancey, and very little or no illiteracy.

Furthermore the UK along with the rest of Western Europe forms one of the pillars of the free market economy.

  • So the next time you type please makes sure to look at the facts before you make yourself look like a fool who just regurgitates whatever he hears on fox news or on the glen beck show.

  • Right some it looked good and some shit, really shit, people walking round with cows.Bahria 9 looks good, but it may take 15 years to finsh, and it never looks as good as in there videos.

  • Lmaooo!!! The cows that you see in the video are actually statues!! Look at a few other vids of Bahria town to notice it!! You should go down and have a look, it looks better than it does in the vids you know!!

  • @moby786 Oh! So these are those cow sculptures that everyone is talking about! I also thought they were real grazing animals :). Did Bahria Town get a cheap deal on these? Since there are so many. Hehehehe.

  • Bravo to the devolpers if only they had built a sewage works too

  • @XNtricKhan Hmmm. I will be interested in knowing more about the sewage problems. I have never been there, but am researching the place. Please post back with any information you have.

  • @rkundi ..Hi. Well the vast majority of sewage ends up in the river Sohan or the Nulla Leh. Untreated of course. This is an abomination for the twin cities to dump all their shit in a living river system. Sadly this is the norm through out Pakistan where big wigs can build grand house's etc yet have no monies to spare for the treatment of their filth. Buddy your better off with a house in the country side with fresh air and cleaner water.

  • Yes dear faraz you are right! i think Bahria town is very good example of investment in pakistan it's a successful project and many projects can be initiated like that!!!

  • country needs investors like malik riaz to build better infrastructure ,more housing projects ,which is a great way to creat jobs and lift pakistan,s economy.
