  • Thanks, Mr. Heilig, for your great videos... as was said above, your instructions are clear, and especially helpful in how to plan for future cuts toward the best structure of the tree. I put in two peaches last year, a white "Polly" and a Redhaven. I feel much more confident about how to prune them, thanks to you!

  • I agree with the first person's comments. I live in GA and have watched probably 40 videos and read countless newsletters and nobody has made me feel as though I can actually go in my yard and finally prune my peach and plum trees. I've literally been petrified of doing it wrong. You have really taken the time to fully explain and show in quality video the process. Thank you so much!

  • very helpful. Thank you.

  • There are many videos on pruning peach trees, and I think I've seen them all. Yours helped me the most because the others tell you what to trim and then snip, snip, snip, they're done - and I'm left wondering why they chose one branch over another. You, however, took the time to explain your decision process for each cut you made, answering questions almost as quickly as I thought of them. Thanks for an excellent video.

  • @vtxdpm Thank you so much for your comment. You have made my day. I will try to do even better in the future. Best wishes and may your trees always bear a good crop.

  • This is an excellent video! I'm growing peach trees in my urban backyard in Grand Rapids. Thank you for your tips!

  • @yerrickc

Thank you. I am working on 2 more. They are in the editing stage.
