There is no right or wrong way! It either sounds good or doesn't sound good! That's the rule! No no, either are good, reverbs and delays are widely used in all music, I'm no expert at audio engineering, I like to make the tunes, leave it to someone else to make it sound right! Audio Engineering books are big!

yeah, you can, you need a mixer, and i think an adapter, idk specifically what you need, cuz i dont own logic yet. but i'm getting it and i know for a fact that you can. it sounds pretty good i guess? it depends what you're using for a mic.

Yes you can record vocals no problem at all! Just get a microphone and plug it straight into the back of your mac! If your using a mic that needs phantom power then you need some sort of firewire adapter, they are out there I think there's one called an 'apple apogee'. I have toyed around with a cheap mic myself and yeah it sounds good. You can get away with a cheap mic if your going to put loads of effects on it!
