Here's what happened according to some people who've been to the concert.

Gerard went over Mikey and started to play with his ziper and then, he opened his jacket (with Mikey wearing nothing under it) and it shocked Mikey and he turned out and slipped on something and fell down and Ray jumped in front of him to distract the crowd while Frank and Gerard were helping him. Mikey hurt his shoulder pretty bad and he was almost in tears on the stage.
