Silent Hill 3 Walkthrough Part 16/23: Lakeside Amusement Park

The interesting thing about the haunted mansion bit, is that it's part of the amusement park, but it becomes even more twisted by the otherworld. By the way, isn't electricity nonexistent in the otherworld? Electrical lighting doesn't work, but the roller coaster does?? What's up with that?
