Heres a list of the People you should and shloudnt kill when given the opportunity. Kill: Playboy X, Clarence Little, & Derrick Mcreary.

Dont Kill: Dwayne Forge, Ivan,Cherise, & Francis Mcreary.

PS: This has nothing to do with 100%.

PSS: This list is based on the rewards & which people really deserve to live.

Darko doesnt really matter, when the creators made this game they expect you to kill him cuz of what roman says in the mission after. Killing him or not it wont make a difference. But seriously, Niko spent lik 15 Years looking for him, and Darko ruined his life and killed 12 of his best friends all for $1,000, I would honestly kill him in real life.

Roman has been your friend for the entire game and has always been there for you, he is family and nothing can separate family, sure he may be annoying, but he is your cousin! Plus he gives you free Taxi Rides! Kate on the other hand, is ugly, doesnt have any bonuses, YOU CANT HAVE SEX WITH HER, and she I for some reason find here extremely boring, plus after the end of the game she stops calling you! Kill Kate for sure!

it doesnt matter if you killt this guy or not,caz if u did all random charatars you get 5% (i saw it in a guide that shows how to get 100%).i killed clarence and ivan.bad the dont give you any %..so screw the 2 missions:P

niko told him to stop everything stupid thing he do.

but on second time they met clarence says "he have the right to protect himself, he take his gun to shoot niko but he got a wrong move, that's why niko has to kill him.
