A lot of people are getting this if they used the code in the computer terminal '3arc intel'

This blocks this closer analysis achievement from being unlocked.

if you haven't done this then i have no clue. and the only idea i can think of for you to get this achievement is delete your save game with COD black ops, and just go through the campaign on recruit and get them, this wont get rid of any other achievements either. hope that helps
