  • Great tips....really enjoying your videos:)

  • hahaha dildo

  • Thanks. You made me examine my life and the way I eat.

  • good tips!

  • i have this AMAZING but HEATHYrecipe ts really simple

Yogurt,Berries(of any kind) gronola bites and u mix them YUMMMMMMMMMMM

  • Great tips!!!! Love this video! You're funny :-p Little question: Do you use oil or butter or anything on that grillpan?? I have one... but never used it! I do use my steamer all the time! Vegetables are so much better! They have a nice colour and taste much better! And btw, just saw this video, and waw did you lose weight well! You're much thinner now! You look great!

    xoxo

  • Thank you! I don't even cook in butter as it's high in fat. I do however use Coconut Oil and any Healthy Olive Oil. You don't need a great deal, especially with a non stick pan. Steamers are amazing things! I use mine a lot too. The nutrients stay in the vegetables when you steam. Thank you for the support! x

  • Great Video! You are so funny -I love your sense of humor :) Thanks for the wonderful tips and inspiration!

  • Thank you so much! :-)

  • Outstanding tips!! Spot on with groceries, healthy snacks. Extra important for me because I am always on the road. Maybe I will buy a mountain of female products for inspiration :P

  • Hey Greg :-) Thanks!! I think you should definitely buy some tampons... so handy for nose bleeds :-p

  • great stuff again. Hey what's happened to the dude with the funny voice?

  • I'm not sure who you mean? LOL

  • The last couple of minutes of this video are so on point! recently I have made the decision to deal with my cravings, often that means dealing with the emotion behind the craving...so that means I will allow my self to cry and stamp my feet before I binge. I usually find that the emotion and the craving subside in 30 mins to an hour. And if the craving is there the next day, I'll just eat a small bit of it like you said. I Love you Em!!! Thanks so much for this video!!!

  • I like the idea of stamping and crying in advance! I often feel tearful when I'm about to eat something I know I don't really need, is slathered in fat and has barely any nutritional value. <3 u! x

  • Was that a wascally wabbit I saw?! You're such a naughty girl!

Love the food porn, I'm drooling over here...havn't had breakfast yet. WONDERFUL tips, I need to get a grill pan for my veggies. And the food carrier bag, this is really helping me stay on track. Most of my bad food choices I make on the run.

  • Ha ha.. it was indeed! Gotta work a bit of a thrill in there somehow!

    Grill pans definitely rock! x

  • em, you can totally tell you have lost weight in this video

    how much so far?

    xx

  • Hey babe - I'm guessing around 30 pounds... it's dropping off at the moment.. the running really helps and my appetite has shrunk but I still eat loads! xx

  • Good tips, thanks xxxx

  • No worries! x

  • The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not.

  • Sounds a very confusing philosophy! I'd rather just use my common sense :-)

  • haha awesome thanks for the tips em. :)

  • No worries :-)

  • Um ... Em --

I love this video, brillient, thanks for telling me about it! I am def using this as a reference!

Oh and I have a great pizza recipe using cottage cheese, taste just as good and is so much healthier!

  • He he... I'm glad u liked it! You must tell me that recipe!! It sounds delicious. Especially as I love Cottage Cheese and Pizza!

  • Fantastic, healthy advice, Em! But question - that was a lot of fresh fruit for a week - do you go through it all in a week?! I get frustrated because I spend a load on fresh produce and it seems like half of it spoils before the week is through ) : Maybe I'm just not eating enough!

  • Hey! Yes, I do actually. Some spoils but I plan it in. I get through the pineapple by cooking it and Ian eats a lot of fruit with me. I used fresh produce in pretty much every meal and eat a lot of fruit at breakfast and for snacks. How much are you eating?? I think I do get more than 5 portions a day - more like 10! But I'm happy with this as I have Iron / Mineral deficiencies and need a lot x

  • Thank you :-)

  • your tips are really fantastic. you inspire and make me really hard. I weigh about 600 pounds, live with my mother ( she is my feeder), who berates me and permits my excessive consumption of pancakes.

I'm sorry to hear about your bleeding gash - I hope it heals soon.

intuitive eating - what the fuck is that?

I love what you do and enjoy your body

Will you come visit me in Romania?

    Olof x

  • Hey Olof,

Thank you for this comment! I'm very sorry to hear about your nagging mother... you really should talk to her and say NO to the food! Say NO! Or enforce a separation?

Unfortunately I can't travel to Romania.

Best wishes and keep watching! :-)

  • don't eat the dog, he's cute and he loves you...!!

    great tips EM

    x

  • Ha ha... I'd never eat him. He's so cute! x

  • great tips.................haha tryin to draw attention away from "your friend"? And no im not talkin bout the cucumbers:P.

  • Ha ha.. bugger it.. it wasn't subliminal enough I gather?

  • this is a great video dear, very informative

  • Thanks Colleen :-)

  • 10 lst for all these feminine products???

this is very very cheap :)

  • Yes, £10 is like $13 Dollars isn't it? Too expensive!! In the UK anyway :)

  • were i live 1 product is 5$ + -

i went to buy pineapple but it was more then 6$!!! its so expensive to eat healthy :(

  • Really?? Wow.. I should consider myself lucky! The pineapple's are around £2 / $3.50 here - I guess i should stop complaining eh?

  • But a very cute deranged person <3 Always a great video!

  • Thanks! x

  • em! your face!

i looks completly diferent from the begining! congratulations!

    KISSES FROM BARCELONA!

  • Thank you!! Next my ass... I would love for that to be small! :-)

    Kisses to you! <3

  • Point 2 - Did you know that Parmesan cheese is lower in fat than most other cheeses? It is also very tasty so you don't need so much so double whammy. Try it in macaroni cheese if you eat that - it's superb. Also if you grate it and put small piles onto a baking tray and place in a very hot oven for a few mins, they make a nice alternative to crisps. :)

  • Yes I did! I love Parmesan and have it on Pasta Dishes or Tortilla Pizzas. I don't eat Macaroni Cheese (I've never tried it) and I didn't know it would make crisps if baked! I have to try that. Thanks :-)

  • Hi Em, just a couple of comments. You should ALWAYS reward yourself in a small way - I think it is wrong to totally deny yourself things, you are setting yourself up for a fall that way. Just a small reward is good.

  • Hey Dorrie - thanks for this :-)

I do reward myself but not with food because it makes me feel depressed and is a negative reward. Now I reward myself with a long walk or a nice soak in the bath or a good book. Today I rewarded myself with a new dress :-)

  • I also eat what I crave so if I'm really craving fish and chips I have it. I just enjoy it and eat slowly. So this way I'm not banning anything from my diet. Before when I banned things, I ended up relapsing.

  • great video em.. fab tips.. you've talked me into needing a grill pan and pineapple :D lol.. keep it up hunni..

    kirsty x

  • Yes! Get a Grill Plan for sure. I got the cheapest one from Tesco (their own brand for around £7-£8) and it's great! Grilled pineapple - yum!

  • Great vid Ems XD as always, and you are looking very radiant mmm. I liked all your tips- trying you things is so important, three of my German friends had never eaten Curry... omgs I totally fixed that and now they are hooked XD

  • Thanks Rach!! Curry... I'm drooling. I would bath in it!!! x

  • Great video Em.

    Words I live by.

If your in the mood for a cheese cake add some vanilla and stevia to the cottage cheese.

    Weird but yummy.

    marjie

  • Ooohhh... sounds interesting! I have Cottage Cheese and Vanilla. What's Stevia? x

  • Stevia is a no calorie natural sweetener.

  • Oohh! I must investigate *putting Sherlock Holmes Cape and Pipe On*

  • i love beet roots!

ive missed you and your beautiful face so much. must talk soon! <3

you look like you got a bit of a tan!

  • Hey sex on legs. We must talk soon yes!!! I got the tan from running in the heat. It's hot in the UK this year!! When we meet, we're bathing in beetroot ok? Fucked up but oh so SEXY.

  • That was great Em! I have already been doing most of these things, but there are a couple that I'm going to add.

I handle my craving similarly, if it just won't go away I plan the food into my day and then I really enjoy it. I have also started buying very high quality dark chocolate (my kryptonite) and have just a little whenever I want! It has kept me from gobbling down a candy bar at the store... or two or three, like I used to.

  • Yes - you're right! I think we need to be in control of the food, not it us so planning it in is a great idea. I also buy really high quality dark chocolate - at least 70% and it's a great antioxidant.

  • I am starting a food blog here soon. Gonna start to get it set up. Great video Em.

  • Yay - they're so helpful, even if you don't update regularly... I take pride in mine and I'm much healthier for it. And there's no calorie counting either!! x

  • You naughty ho...what was that dildo!!! You ain't using it!!! Use Ian! Girl how many times do I have to tell ya! Use the man as a toy! Look I love you for doing so perfect! I just hope the tits won't loose pounds...OMG..that would ruin every man hope! look that blog, amazing...my stomach craves with every single picture! My advise to you is to really stay away from negative things happening in the WLC. You're doing too fine! Eat the Dog! If motivation...no craves! <3
  • If i go to a buffet OMG...it better be filled with food.

yes it has been very helpful!

I love you and promise I'll get back to it!

    We'll both do it!

  • Get back to it and tell me how it's going :-)

  • Ha ha...

I love your naughty comments Daniel!!!

My boobs have already started to lose pounds :-( They are two sizes smaller but they're still HUGE so don't worry ;-)

Glad you like the look of the food! Healthy and tasty.

I am definitely staying away from the negative things in WLC and I feel so much better about it.

I'm NOT eating my dog! He is my baby!

    xxx

  • Great advise. I am so glad that Greg pointed me in this direction to check out the fatastic5.

  • Thanks :-) I hope you enjoy our videos! x

  • Awesome Em!! Great information! Great food! It's great being deranged isn't it?! lol

  • Hey - thanks Matt. Yes - I love being deranged - it's so liberating!

  • It literally takes me two hours to have one video to load [stupid country life]

but I always always always make an effort for this channel, especially you dear.

You remind me of back home, lol.

    Thank you for the tips!

    <3

  • I love your comment and that you waited so long for the video to load - thank you! Are you from the UK?

    Em x

  • My family is from Wales, first generation Canadian.

...and it is rude for me to assume that you are from the same place, but just the overall accent, even the scottish, just kind of reminds me of home. Though I am sure I offending someone by saying that! lol.

    Thank you for the video!

  • I'm a Humous Virgin.....

    OMG!

    Were Dildo BFF's!

I Have the Same one, in Purple. I Named it Daniel from Romania. *He is My Bitch and Hoe*

  • You need to try Humous right now!! Go buy some and smother it all over yourself ;-)

  • Super vid Em! I really want to do a food blog, but I'm also really lazy about it. It's just something else I'd have to keep tabs on. Ugh.

  • Thanks Piper - this is such a good idea to have Top 10's! Thank you! We must do it again :-)

  • Great video!!!

I totally agree with what you said about eating what your craving but to savor and enjoy it. That is one of the main principles in Intutive Eating. It's about listening to your body and not eating mindlessly.

  • Yes, I don't know a lot about intuitive eating but I think that if we simply listen to our bodies, everything follows suit :-)

  • i think i have a secret girl crush on you, damn, I guess its not a secret anymore. xoxoxxo

  • Ha ha - likewise! LOL x

  • thanks so much :)

  • Thank you!

  • I can make fantastic finger foods, especially salads!

  • You are pure filth - I love it!

  • great vid

10 quid on what? i didn't catch that.

  • Sanitary products... eww.. I know..

  • Great video...Will be a great week of interesting videos. THanks for taking the time and sharing your top 10 healthy tips. All very important.

  • Thank you! I'm loving Top 10 week so far.. we will no doubt have another soon. It was Piper's idea and a great one!

  • These tips were delicious! :) I have a disability that limits my movement, so exercise is hard to come by, buyt I use your tips daily (especially analyzing myself, doing a journal, and when I do snack on bad stuff, at least enjoy it, but also take time and be aware of the food itself. Great vlog!

  • Thank you! I think a lot of us use these tips and it's great because the emphasis really needs to be taken off "dieting" per - se and placed on health and nutrition. ;-)
