these other girls shouldn't even be able to last a minute vs wonderwoman. huntress and canary have human level endurance and should be dead with 1 real hit. hawkgirl on the show hasn't really shown any major strength feats either. And wonderwoman should be able to pulverize an elephant pretty damn easily.

The only ones that stand half a chance vs WW are Vixen and Black Canary with her sonic scream. Hawk Girl deserves an ass whooping and Huntress needs to just get out of there -- or hope her arrows land, since Wondy's skin is vulnerable to sharp objects.

Even in this fight, they made her take blows from WW that should have shattered her bones. She's never displayed any super-strength, as far as lifting power. All she can do is swing a mace. If not for the Nth metal, she'd be nothing but a mouthy cunt with wings that is a little stronger than the average female.
@Dynamo001 I think that Hawkgirl was an awesome character, who even got WW and Hippolita to rethink their bigoted attitudes towards men, as seen in the episode Fury. Plus you can't fault HG for a bad attitude considering the world she grew up in, but she mellowed out as the series went on. Plus WW has shown just as bad an attitude and has been just as mouthy on several occasions. I like WW as well, but she's shown flaws in this series too, though both she and Hawkgirl are awesome

But the episode where WW fought Mongul is taken directly from the comic, For The Man Who Has Everything, and she lost there too. @Dynamo001 Plus not having super-strength doesn't mean you suck. Neither Black Canary nor Vixen (sometimes) nor Huntress have super-strength, but they have other skills that make them good characters
@blkshinobi8403 Super-strength and super powers are a distinct advantage over normal characters. Huntress and HG are nothing, physically, w/o weapons compared to Vixen, BC and especially WW. Characters w/o powers have their uses,(i.e. Batman) but are limited. BC's scream can negate super-strength and Vixen has a potpourri of different powers; Huntress and HG would be beaten to a pulp vs true super-strong characters a fraction of WW's level -- and BC owns Huntress, physically.
@Dynamo001 BC's scream couldn't overwhelm Mandragora, so its powerful, but not perfect. And Superstrength isn't always the deciding factor in a fight. Not that I'm the biggest fan of Batman, but he's beaten plenty of people way stronger than he is. But I do agree with BC owning Huntress though

The point I made is that super-strength/powers are a decisive edge over those w/o them, as WW proved. Take away Batman's toys and he's just a normal man. He can't survive a direct RPG blast to the chest. Superman gets beaten. Then, look at all the times he survived situations because of his powers that would have disintegrated HG or Bats in wins. @FinalHurricane It could go either way. Think about it, Canary has had YEARS of training with the world's best...however, Diana has had several human lifetimes training with Amazons (unless the Diana's history has been changed for the cartoon). It WOULD be an interesting fight to see.

in comics, black canary can level wonder woman in an arm to arm combat. poor hawk girl, in this episode, huntress is stronger than her but in some fight, hawkgirl can defeat very strong superman-like villain. damn!

The only ones that stand half a chance vs WW are Vixen and Black Canary with her sonic scream. Hawk Girl deserves an ass whooping and Huntress needs to just get out of there -- or hope her arrows land, since Wondy's skin is vulnerable to sharp objects.

@blkshinobi8403 If you followed the TV series, you'd know why she deserves to be beaten senseless. She's highly overrated and has a bad attitude -- plus, I don't like her. Even in this fight, they made her take blows from WW that should have shattered her bones. She's never displayed any super-strength, as far as lifting power. All she can do is swing a mace. If not for the Nth metal, she'd be nothing but a mouthy cunt with wings that is a little stronger than the average female.

@Dynamo001 I think that Hawkgirl was an awesome character, who even got WW and Hippolita to rethink their bigoted attitudes towards men, as seen in the episode Fury. Plus you can't fault HG for a bad attitude considering the world she grew up in, but she mellowed out as the series went on. Plus WW has shown just as bad an attitude and has been just as mouthy on several occasions. I like WW as well, but she's shown flaws in this series too, though both she and Hawkgirl are awesome

WW is one of , if not , the most powerful female character in DCU -- and she can back up anything she says; HG, on the other hand, has her uses, but thinks she's bad and, without that mace, is no match for super-strong characters. HG, in this series, was depicted as a bad ass on a thug-level, at times, and pseudo-powerful -- meaning fake.

@apio9 I know WW is more than capable ( I have the issue where she fought crazy Superman, Sacrifice saga, I believe. Never read the Flash one, do you have the issue number?) But the episode where WW fought Mongul is taken directly from the comic, For The Man Who Has Everything, and she lost there too. All I'm saying is that things like Super-strength and Super-speed don't guarantee a win, though it does give her a huge advantage, not to mention her Amazon training

@apio9 true, WW is way faster than Mongul, but my thought is that If Mongul hits her a couple of times, it would stun or slow WW down long enough to continue his offensive. I'd think that this would be a case where WW has to rely on speed, because she couldn't match his strength

@blkshinobi8403 Super-strength and super powers are a distinct advantage over normal characters. Huntress and HG are nothing, physically, w/o weapons compared to Vixen, BC and especially WW. Characters w/o powers have their uses,(i.e. Batman) but are limited. BC's scream can negate super-strength and Vixen has a potpourri of different powers; Huntress and HG would be beaten to a pulp vs true super-strong characters a fraction of WW's level -- and BC owns Huntress, physically.

@Dynamo001 BC's scream couldn't overwhelm Mandragora, so its powerful, but not perfect. And Superstrength isn't always the deciding factor in a fight. Not that I'm the biggest fan of Batman, but he's beaten plenty of people way stronger than he is. But I do agree with BC owning Huntress though

The point I made is that super-strength/powers are a decisive edge over those w/o them, as WW proved. Take away Batman's toys and he's just a normal man. He can't survive a direct RPG blast to the chest. Superman gets beaten. Then, look at all the times he survived situations because of his powers that would have disintegrated HG or Bats in wins. That's what I mean.
