I really hope you cleared this with air traffic first. It is a cool video but please always clear a UAV flight as it would easily cause a serious or fatal injury to a person onboard a light aircraft and if it got taken into a jet engine.... There are a lot of idiots using these now and it worries me that sooner or later and air crash will happen because of one of these machines.

@margiotube I guess that if you wanted to go totally by the book you should do this sort of testing in class G airspace. That is where you will probably find the least number of aircraft. You should inform the local air traffic service prodider (FAA in US) and see what their requirements are - they can put out a NOTAM which is a notification to aircraft flying in the area that there is an experimental flight occurring. You should probably listen on an airband radio to the CTAF frequency as well.
@GoProHDuser U will need larger props or stronger moters I think for 1000m, I reached 650 m with my plane and I almost diden't see it, but u use a autopilot I think no?

How do you choose the space for make this kind of test?
I'd like to make this kind of test with UAV but I've fear to cause a catastrophe!!
I'm talking about helicopter that could fly at this low altitude for example.
