I remember seeing a post on the WoW forums a few years back right after they cut the bonus ap from windfury by more than half. This shaman made a compelling argument why such a nerf is needed but not at such a drastic amount and foresaw that more would come. He was correct and now shamans are the worst class in WoW :/
@Makornak Dude, are you serious? Shaman's still have the best burst in the game and always have, they are also brilliant PvP healers, saying they are the worst class in WoW is just plian stupid, have you played a rogue recently?
Anyway, my main is a rogue and they are still beast against clothies. Not so much against plates since it actually takes skill to beat a plate class as a rogue or a druid.
Shamans do NOT have the best burst. Obviously you have never fought a mage or destro lock. Sure, ele has some good burst but enhance no longer does.
Resto shammy is good but doesnt have as much survivability as a druid, pally, or priest.
@killershane04 I don't know about you but I've played Vanilla - current. I can assure you right now, 100% that if Vanilla was around ltoday like it is now, the game would be DEAD. Vanilla pvp was unbalanced. If you think it was balanced clearly you played a spriest/shaman or rogue.
@Yamaftw420 nope i played a druid actualy mate yes 1 of the worse dps classes i made it to rank 13 and owned .... why because skill >>>> gear bk at 60. now its like who has more resi... i can see why they done it but i just love pre 60 and always will. my opinion ofc :D
@killershane04 come on dude, don't you remember rogues 1 shotting priests with ambush? Warriors popping SS/WW/MS and dominating 3 people standing next to him. Spriests dotting you up, PWS themselves and mindflay you to nothing. Yeah, Vanilla WAS GREAT fun, but it wasn't balanced for pvp. I'm not saying that WoW is balanced at the moment but it's SOMEWHAT better.
