  • This assembly guys are weaklings, that says too little about our democracy when these guys whine all day about bills they pass that have not been put into effect yet. Femi said it best: them BOO BOO our mama!

  • This guy annoys the heck outta me. I don't care if the words he uses are in the dictionary. There is a context for every pattern of speech and the National Assembly is not the context for this! Am i the only one who sees that his emphasis on colorful diction detracts from his audience's ability and willingness to appreciate his point?

  • hahahaha super star........

  • This is a classic, dis man is cool

  • wat kis this man doing in the nigerian house of representative. look @ wat election riggers has inflict on us.

  • 888cross.. translation- i was taking a walk when i came across Mr. X--a man of ill-repute--and i avoided him and any conversation he would have stirred up. *Note btw all the words i used (below) are in the dictionary. But a grammarian would tell you i committed foul play grammatically. so did our beloved "Patrick." And No you shameless Tribalist, i am not Yoruba (closer to your side than theirs.) What you need is some exposure and perhaps a dose of enlightenment!

  • 888cross ... I bet you're dumb! YES ANOMY IS IN THE DICTIONARY (never said it wasn't.) Let me give you all a feel of what Patrick is doing. Here we go ... "I was circumambulating the street on a mission when i came across a squalid man debilitated, crushed and decimated by society. With his senile behavior known to me i swiftly absconded in order to deprecate and repudiate his misdeeds. It was not an effeminate action, but rather one smothered in machismo. and on and on PTO

  • Edo for life. check your dictionary guys

  • Finally he said "... and restore or return Culpability to where culpability is." LORD! first, its not pronounced cor-PA-Bility, but kul-pe-bil- 'I-ty. Secondly, to God, tell me, after u have checked the def. of culpability tell me if he uses it well (grammatically) if your answer is yes, Designer, then you are ... well u know what u are. :>

  • And to all who who think there is some defense for Patrick's display of Shame (Designer and Olubenson) if you are going to force out words with many syllables just to impress, the buck doesn't just stop at looking up definitions, also one must check Pronunciation. I can confuse the smartest man on the planet is i mispronounce a word as simple Year by saying Yar .. the word Anomie is not pronounced A-NO-my ..its an-E-me (the E as in itEm n its stressed) Also tards ... its also spelled Anomy :>

  • @balckman4ever ... I shouldn''t dignify your comment with an answer. You must be one of those blind supporters who follow a fool off a cliff. Firstly, before you mock me clown, check your own English. You said "your dumb..." it's You are dumb or You're dumb..." You and Patrick can sit and murder English together...clown!

  • Hon Patrick Obahiagbon , u r celebrating ignorance. The essence of language is communication.Once u r not understand by an average man, then no communication is made.

  • this man speaks good vocabs,u all can check ur dictionary, and he is confident and not scared to say what he has in his mind........................EDO for life

  • khai!

  • @mozi,the word is ''Anomie''.It exists, and if you are still in doubt ,Google it.

  • "if the roads is in a state of ANOMY..." i'm guessing this clown was trying to say anarchy ... since there is no word Anomy ... Context, pronunciation, grammar and words are all poorly used ... this man should be speaking "Toddler English" or no English at all ... n has no business speaking "PhD English." Mr. Patrick if it weren't so serious (what ur doing) it would have been very funny ... STOP IT! :<

  • @Mozideho39 your dumb....all the words exist...and reference to Macabre Dance is accurate

  • @Mozideho39 before you disrespect or accuse this man kindly check your dictionary very well trust me I guess you're the one make silly mistake to misunderstood his vocabulary pronunciation. the word of "Anomie" not Anomy as you said, is grammatically astonishingly correct. before you correct this man kindly do your research very well. and if you want to know the meaning to word of "Anomie" means lack of the usual social or ethical standards in an individual or group.

  • @Mozideho39 i bet your yoruba, smh.....anomy is in the dictionary my friend.

  • in summary 'fix the roads'

  • This shouldn't be about whether those words are correct or not. He shouldnt be using those words in is possition at all. If you are leading people and they can't understand you, what sence does that make? Nigerians need to stop this big English mentality. Common people are not into that.

  • wowo

  • hahahahaha this man go kill person

  • I just checked some of those words he uses... He seems to paint a picture poetically... but he made mention of "driving through the roads".... I dnt Think u can drive through the roads lol... thats wrong... although he got a strong command, I feel he can get much better at it..... lol....

  • Why is this man locution such an anathema to some of you? This is simply his interpellation idiosyncrasy. Besides, he uses those words celestially and bewitchingly correctly! If your linguistic prowess or other decrepitude fails you and you're therefore incapacitated to extol and savvy his articulation, you're at absolute liberty to cork your auscultating anytime he takes to the mic 'simples'!!!

  • thejurymustdie: please my head is hurting. You and Patrick are jokers, the masses need simple and correct english to make your messages understood. Big words for nothing, blowing hot air with all those jargons. I already think this man Patrick is mad... with you I recommend you see a psychiatrist too. K-I-S-S

  • @omoibile: Hahaha kilode? Don't let your head hurt o..... I just gbadun the man's uniqueness and his grammatic astuteness. Anyways, caught your kiss if you're a woman....lol

  • thejurymustdie: What do those words; anomie, distbalisma means. His heavy accent even worsen the case seems like he said copability for culpability ...lol. friend savvy is not good grammar it's slang

  • @omoibile: What makes 'Savvy" a bad grammar? Was it erroneously used in that context? Its 'slanggy' origin is wholly immaterial as it's a qualified word in the English dictionary. I'd have appreciated your polemics had you suggested it was usually used informally......

  • @thejurymustdie: Anyway as you guys like blowing "BIG" grammar, I thought you don't need slangs which is informal to men of timber and calibre like you and Patrick..lol.. I've been watching his amusing video, that guy is something else...

  • of course, he used those big words very well and i applaud him for that...although, he has heavy accent...

  • let us not cast aspersions on this man. This is his own style of speaking the language. If you doubt the words he uses here, you can consult a detailed English dictionary for verification.

  • He's communication skill is zero. I understand your comment because you are communicating. Patrick is showing off, he's a joker.

  • Obahiagbon is no doubt good in his use of grammar (although with stong accent} which i love him for, but sadly, he failed his own people (edo people) woefully when he was head of edo state house of assembly.

  • ah! our money don finish-o, see as this man just dey rub am for our face...

  • Dat guy is a fool. He thinks everyone except him is an illiterate. All those bloody words dont exist in english, even William Shakespeare dont know those words. Am sure those were cult slangs his crew used when he was younger and the fool has taken those bullshit words to the National Assembly. Such is the State of the Nation. Criminals without regard for the masses in high places. TYPICAL!!!

  • sorry to bust ur bubble...but half of wat he said actually exist in English and u called him an illitrate...funny

  • Oh well, u did ur assignment well...u and him, except for distbalisma. Anyway, its not about if the words exist or not, big words just dont work effectively anymore, they are not translated into actions, big talkers are little doers....give him a big contract to mend the roads and he'l prove how culpable he is.

  • i cant defend him on that note!!....lol

  • Simiyoni,

Your a bigger fool, you call a man that's speaking words unknown to you as an illiterate. Shame on you.

  • This man is one of the people that are bent on turning our dear country into a joke, I must say he is the joke however - a boring one, I must say however (because my country wastes so much money on idiots like this) that he is an expensive joke.

  • Haaaa....Grammar!!!

  • this is fantastic!

  • Funny

  • na wa oh
