Try to land with your knees locked so you just stop, land and stand in one spot at the bottom.

tht is a really good jump.. but tough if your training parkour a.k.a. freerunning i would racomande you to use a proper roll landing.. in the way you land in this vid u ruin ur legs and everything else in your body
