u have a good setup

it could maybe have bigger output if you made it on a larger scale

check mine out.

it may give u a few ides.

good design though.

@nickbeets1 Thanks for the comment. The v belt I used is way too stiff. It really slows it down. I should of ran a rod up to the top with a bearing and framed it in. The whole assembly is only supported by the rim at the bottom. The other day we got some extreme wind and the top got bent out of alignment. Now it looks like the cup spinning around on top of a slushee machine. I could gear it differently with a bigger more flexible belt of some sort, but for now it's a good stepping stone.
