Hey Tom, or anybody out there..... Do you have a good series of "lesson books" that can take a beginner to a pro? Anything out there like that from the same author?

Has anyone ordered the expanded version? I have been playing for about 2 years with a local private lesson that seems to drag on the lessons for more money. I wan't to learn at a faster pace.

It is definitely the best value. You can honestly play at your own pace. I would highly reccomend it.

i have this and it is goood!!! it starts very basic.. and works u up teaches how to use metrodome and just a solid way to learn guitar

stop asking stupid questions, ofcourse he covers it, its the most thorough lessons you can get, did you do a little reasearh, no. Its 10 freakin' DVDs, it cover all.

I am about 3 years into my guitar playing. i have lots of gaps in my theory.can play lots of cover songs but still have not written anything of my own which is what i REALLY want to do cause i am sick of playing other peoples stuff. i have developed a good ear and can play some things just by listening. my goal is to understand theory enough that i can write anything on electric guitar, mostly in the genre of classic rock/metal/blues/solos.WILL THIS PROGRAM WORK FOR ME?if not any suggestions

What I can say is: Yes, the information and lessons in Learn and Master Guitar can help you with this, but it is up to you to watch the lessons and practice. Since you have 3 years experience, I am sure you know about dedication and would learn a lot from it.
