I found that this was not helpful at all. When you do a heroic dose of mush (for example) you will be tripping way too hard to even think about sex. and aside from that, music changes the trip alot, it may help some people stay "grounded" but i find it makes me all the higher when im knee deep in hallucination town.

I honestly don't think it's necessary to control your trip. Ever since my first trip, that also happened to go bad, (3 grams of high quality Psilocybin mushrooms) I've had nothing but great trips. My secret? Accept and embrace whatever may come. Just like the lyrics in Lateralus say. That first trip really did a number on my ego, and thankfully so.
That goes without saying to not allow something "fucked up" to happen. I just mean that if you can't prevent something from happening, then there's no use in freaking out about it. Take it; and be as positive as you can about it. It just seems like basic logic to me.

Part 1: I have had the same problems, not being able to get through life for a couple of years due to a bad trip and thought I would never even listen to music again. The best thing I was told was from my doctor, who used to be heavy in the drug scene, was it was all in my head. And he was right. The only reason I was scared because I wouldn't let it go. The irony is that now I am in pursuit of going to grad school to study neurochemical pharmacology and therapeutics with them.
The bad trip was the scariest single moment, and subsequent 2 years, I have ever dealt with. Yet, it ended up being the best thing that ever happened to me. You might want to avoid having sex while you trip if you have negative associations with sex,ie. a traumatic sexual experience, or were taught a negative attitude about sex..
or it might be a great opportunity to gain a fresh perspective on past trauma, to transcend old, fixed ideas & see bad programming and unhealthy attitudes for what they are and do a bit of reevaluating and healing from the past. this goes for any wounded or negative attitudes, not just bad feelings about sex.

The best thing I was told was from my doctor, who used to be heavy in the drug scene, was it was all in my head. And he was right. The only reason I was scared because I wouldn't let it go. The irony is that now I am in pursuit of going to grad school to study neurochemical pharmacology and therapeutics with them.

The bad trip was the scariest single moment, and subsequent 2 years, I have ever dealt with. Yet, it ended up being the best thing that ever happened to me. I understand it's hard to deal with, but what she is doing here is trying to help with that. Her video's are here to help you understand that, yes, they are dangerous if not used with caution, as well as giving her subjective experiences rather than just objective info. It's probably not for everyone just like anything else.
