  • The baritone is top notch!

  • 100% not Kwiecien.... not Hvorostovsky though.

  • OF Course it is Mariusz who is singing here. Hvorosotvsky and Keenlyside have both brighter voices and their voices are placed differently.

  • достаточно сравнить запись с самого альбома "ночь в опере" с этим треком, чтобы понять, что они идентичны и это- Квечень и Полензани.

  • That tenor is the one and only Matthew Polenzani, a tenor of impeccable voice and taste.

By far the greatest tenore d'grazie of our time; don't know why he isn't a major, major superstar.

  • @foley325405 He sure is a superstar now! I mean he's taking on Werther in the fall at Lyric Chicago!

  • This isn't Kwiecien, it's Dmitri Hvorostovsky...

  • Sicuramente questo non è Kwiecien !

  • That tenor is fantastic. Thanks for the discovery!

  • Sure, that Kwiecien is hier singing? I think the Bariton is Simon Keenlyside.

  • @wotancb It's from a commercial recording (2004 I think) called "A Night at the Opera".

  • Beautiful, many thanks.
