(1) Michael Jackson did not fake his death because he realized that he was doing 50 concerts. In the beginning, he was led to believe that it was only 10, and when he found out that it was 50, he was still practicing for it. (2) If Michael Jackson had indeed faked his own death, his kids would suddenly disappear and they haven't. He loved his kids to death.

To understand the whole scenario, you have to look at both sides of the coin. What are the advantages to faking your own death? What are the cons to faking your own death. It was alleged that Michael Jackson got several death threats in the past years leading up to his death. Commercially speaking, his "death" would have been a gigantic fiscal advantage, it would have cleared his debts and established a good name again for him. This is a very real possibility. Of course its speculation!

(and you wonder why he loved children so much?)
