RapeRodent is actually an old meme of a troll faced mickey mouse. though turns out let's playing requires you to have a quick head and a sharp tongue. and so that dream ended.

The reason they do this is because if one team suspects the other of cheating, they can report it and then refer back to the screen-shot (which you have to upload) to see if the smoke was there on their screen. If no smoke = banned, if smoke = no cheats.
